The recent upgrade of the Andrew Boy Charlton Aquatic Centre in Manly includes both indoor and outdoor training pools, an indoor leisure pool for children and spectator seating for 150 people.
There are two outdoor training pools: an 8 lane 50 metre pool and a 5 lane 25 metre pool both heated. Also outside is a shade covered baby and heated toddler pool with shaded seating areas.
The indoor facilities include an 8 lane 25 metre heated pool with ramp entry, a program pool for exercise and rehabilitation with ramp entry, spa pool, sauna and steam room facilities and a fun children’s play and leisure pool with a beach entry.
The pools at Manly Boy Charlton Swim Centre are heated to 27 degrees.
