Completed in 2017, this fully tiled rooftop pool and spa is thoroughly enjoy by the residents of the Greenland Lucent complex.
Crystal Pools enjoyed a new challenge with the construction of this pool. The four perfectly constructed glass portholes at the end of the pool were a new concept for our commercial team. With the addition of a glass window perpendicular to the portholes, this pool is very unique job that Crystal Pools is proud to be a part of.
Scope:
- Construct Pool filtration
- Preparation of shell for waterproofing membrane.
- Application of Waterproofing membrane to Pool Shell.
- Fully tiled interior to approved tiles.
- Stainless steel ladders and handrail as nominated on drawings.
- Fit out of pool filtration plant room as per specification including all pool, spa & water feature reticulation.
- Pool Control Boards
- Installation of Chemical Dosing & Sanitizing Equipment
- Supply pipework provisions for future Heating System
